Need to report a maintenance issue within our community or inside your unit? Our association works with a third party managment firm, SBS management. SBS can work with the board to respond to common areas maintenance requests. If your request is for something not covered by the association (for example replacing a hard to reach smoke detector) they can work with you to determine what the cost may be and schedule the work with you.
